🌶️1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access AyPapi. The site contains adult-themed content, and by using it you confirm doing so is legal where you are. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. What AyPapi Is

AyPapi is a free directory of user-submitted Latina hookup listings. We don't run a chat layer, we don't broker meetings, and we don't host the people behind the listings. Once you click a listing and reach out using the contact info shared, you're interacting with that person directly. The platform is not in the middle.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Post or share illegal content of any kind, including content involving minors, non-consensual material, human trafficking, or services prohibited by US law.
• Impersonate another person, post listings on someone else's behalf without consent, or claim to be someone you aren't.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy content from the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, run automated bots against the site, or interfere with normal use by others.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, or stalk anyone.
• Post listings that solicit or advertise illegal goods or services.

Violations get listings removed and may get you banned. Severe violations get reported to law enforcement.

4. Listings & User Content

Listings are submitted by users. AyPapi does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any listing's accuracy, legality, or safety. You're solely responsible for your interactions with people you contact through the site. We may remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, especially when it violates these terms.

By submitting a listing, you grant AyPapi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your submission for the purpose of running the directory. You retain ownership of your content.

5. No Warranties

AyPapi is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, its content, or anyone you interact with through it. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or that the site will meet your needs. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AyPapi and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. This includes damages from interactions with other users, decisions you make based on listings, downtime, data loss, or anything else. Our total aggregate liability, in any case, will not exceed $100 USD.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AyPapi and its operators against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The AyPapi name, logo, site design, code, and overall presentation are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without permission. Listings and other user-submitted content remain the property of the people who submitted them, subject to the license described in section 4.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate access to AyPapi at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can stop using the site any time you want. There's no account to delete.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version posted here is always the current one. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. We bump the effective date at the top so you can tell when something changed.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
