Response Times
Most emails get a reply within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Abuse reports and DMCA notices are reviewed every business day. Legal correspondence is handled within the timeframes required by US law. We're a small team, so weekends and US holidays add a day or two.
What To Include
If you're reporting a listing, please paste the URL of the listing or the @ handle of the poster so we can find it without back-and-forth. For DMCA notices, include all the standard elements (signature, identification of the work, contact info, good-faith statement). For everything else, just say what's going on. Shorter is usually better.
What We Can't Help With
We can't put you in touch with someone whose listing you saw, recover messages, or share contact info on anyone's behalf. We also can't act as a middleman in personal disputes between users — if something happened in person, that belongs with local authorities, not us. We can pull a listing if it violates our terms, and that's the lever we have.
